Every month, your subscription includes 30 production credits. A credit/deliverable equivalence document is provided upon request. A simple task (e.g., an icon or minor fix) consumes few credits, while a full feature consumes more. We estimate every request within 48h and only start production after your approval.
They aren't lost immediately! Unused credits automatically roll over to the next month. Your total balance can thus reach up to 60 credits (equivalent to 2 cumulative months of production).
Yes, the contract is open-ended and can be canceled at any time with only a one-month notice. There is no one-year commitment, unless contractually negotiated.
We are flexible. We provide a Figma workspace and join your Slack or any other messaging app for ongoing support. For project management, we adapt to you: Notion, Linear, Asana, Trello, or your own environment. For documentation: Storybook, Zeroheight, or any other tool.
We don't just deliver mockups. The subscription includes Design QA: we inspect your developers' work as it progresses to ensure the final product is faithful to the designed mockups.
You do. The transfer of intellectual property rights is progressive: it becomes effective for each deliverable upon payment of the corresponding invoice.
We have a mandatory reversibility procedure in place. We transfer ownership of the Figma workspace to you, provide technical documentation, and export all your assets so your team can take over seamlessly.
In addition to the monthly subscription, two types of one-time fees may apply to guarantee the quality of our service:
- Onboarding fees: These cover your product audit, standardizing your Design System, and setting up governance to be 100% operational from day one. Note: these fees are waived if you transition to a subscription after a full redesign project.
- Offboarding fees: In the event of cancellation, fees of up to 50% of a month's subscription are applied. These fund the mandatory reversibility procedure: complete transfer of the Figma workspace ownership, delivery of technical documentation, and export of all your assets. You won't leave with messy files, but with a product ready to be cleanly taken over by your team.
This is the fundamental difference between a traditional agency and our model. The daily rate (TJM) often rewards slowness: the more time someone takes, the more money they make. We chose the opposite approach:
- Technological efficiency: Having grown up with next-generation tools (Figma, AI, No-code), we produce in 2 hours what took 8 five years ago. You pay for our ability to deliver fast, not to watch us look for our tools.
- Effectiveness: We have standardized our workflows (Design System, research frameworks, automation, AI) to eliminate repetitive tasks. This time saved allows us to be ultra-responsive without sacrificing quality.
- Aligned interests: Our profit comes from our agility. The more efficient and accurate we are from the first draft, the more bandwidth we free up for our (few) other clients. This is the best guarantee for you to have a roadmap that actually moves forward.
