The Challenge: How do you improve a product that already works well? The client wanted to proactively invest in its UX,
not to fix flaws, but to make an already appreciated interface more ergonomic and welcoming.
Our Solution: We led a complete strategic redesign. Our audit provided the data for prioritization.
Based on this, we not only simplified navigation and designed essential new features,
but most importantly, we built the fundamental Design System that guarantees the platform's scalability and coherence.
The Problem: To move to a higher level of engagement, the client identified a key opportunity: transforming its Presence Management module
into an even more powerful collaboration tool.
Our Solution: We rethought the module and its onboarding to increase engagement and, in parallel, delivered a Design System to
ensure the consistency and quality of future developments. From an underutilized asset, this module became a major strength again.
The Problem: The client faced a classic dilemma: investing 6 months of costly development with no guarantee the market would be willing to pay,
thereby delaying the first revenue.
Our Solution: We designed a high-fidelity prototype in Figma, so realistic that it became the sales team's primary demo tool.
The result: the first contracts were signed, validating the product and facilitating its financing even before the end of production.
The Problem: Our own content creation workflow was a chaotic puzzle:
Notion, Figma, AI, Cocolyze, phpMyAdmin... A constant waste of time and risk of errors.
Our Solution: We applied our own methods to create a centralized back-office that integrates this entire process.
